The CHUS Foundation is modernizing its brand image

News

In March 2022, after 10 years of using the previous logo, the CHUS Foundation launched a new brand image that is more current, more modern, more in line with its image. Over the past two years, the entire population has experienced more difficult times with the pandemic and all the changes it has brought in terms of changes in everyone's lives. The Foundation wanted to breathe a breath of fresh air into its image as its activities slowly resume their pre-pandemic course.

“The arrival of a new logo, new colors and new fonts in the Foundation's graphic environment is timely. We all come out of this pandemic a bit tired, and it's nice for everyone to see the result of a new visual identity that is more like us. The team is very happy to be able to be associated with this brand image, and we hope that our volunteers, partners and donors will also identify with it! ”, mentions Martin Clermont, executive director of the CHUS Foundation.

The new brand image

Those who remember the previous logo will notice that the essential has been retained: the butterfly. The butterfly is synonymous with evolution, change, achievement, happiness, positivism, and these attributes are still very much in line with the mission and values of the Foundation. So we wanted to keep it, but make it more modern. The butterfly symbol in the new logo also includes a heart, since the CHUS Foundation is at the heart of population and health.

The color orange has also been retained in the new logo. Orange is energetic, lively, warm and synonymous with determination and success. The Foundation had no reason to want to disassociate itself from these attributes. However, the new graphic standards are much less rigid than before, since they include a varied color chart, which allows for greater flexibility in the use of the logo.

For us, the arrival of this new brand image was synonymous with website redesign. Indeed, in order to be able to demonstrate all the flexibility of this new graphic environment that is now that of the Foundation, we thought it would be good to review our entire website, which is used to teach you more about our mission, but especially about everything that you, donors, can achieve with your donations.

Thank you for giving for health!

Your involvement makes all the difference in achieving and pursuing the mission of the CHUS Foundation.
