Fonds Santé des hommes: a first step has been taken!
Thanks to the donations received, especially during the firsts 5th editions of the Chemise blanche evening, the Fonds Santé des hommes exceeded the first objective, which was to raise $1 million to invest in research and clinical care. A first research project, on bladder cancer, which particularly affects men, has been started in recently. The first financial objective has been reached will trigger a call for new projects in the coming months!
“We can be very proud of what has been achieved so far,” exclaims the Executive Director of the CHUS Foundation, Martin Clermont. “There is still a lot to do, just think of prostate cancer, testicle cancer or any other problem that affects men's physical or mental health. If we want to develop this center of expertise further and ensure recurrence for research, we must continue to mobilize our donors.”
Thank you for giving for health!
Your involvement makes all the difference in achieving and pursuing the mission of the CHUS Foundation.
