Sherbrooke, September 10, 2026. — Two evenings, two atmospheres, hundreds of people gathered, and one shared goal: to make a tangible difference in the health of our local community. The Chemise blanche | Banque Nationale Gestion privée 1859 – Jean Coutu et Brunet and Petite robe noire | Desjardins – Isothermic events have once again mobilized the community in support of the CHUS Foundation.
At the Club Hermitage in Magog, the 150 guests at the 7th edition of Chemise blanche | Banque Nationale Gestion privée 1859 – Jean Coutu and Brunet spent an evening dedicated to solidarity for men's health. Thanks to the generosity of the participants, partners, and donors who rallied around the event, $401,154 was raised. This sum will support the Men's Health Fund, which finances research into prostate, testicular, and bladder cancer, among other initiatives.
On the waters of Lake Memphremagog, aboard the Grand Cru—graciously provided by Escapades Memphrémagog—the Petite robe noire | Desjardins – Isothermic brought together nearly 180 women for a festive, elegant, and, above all, incredibly generous evening. This 13th edition raised a record-breaking $227,709. The majority of these funds are dedicated to the Hope Fund, which assists families of children receiving care in pediatrics, neonatology, and child psychiatry at Fleurimont Hospital. A portion was also reserved for the Women's Health Fund, launched by the CHUS Foundation last March to finance research, clinical care, and prevention. This contribution is especially meaningful given that the evening brought so many women together!
"These two evenings illustrate once again what we can achieve when we join forces. Behind every ticket, every bid, every sponsorship, and every donation lies a genuine desire to support health in the Eastern Townships. The unwavering commitment of our volunteer-led organizing committees and the generosity of our community allow us to transform this outpouring of support into concrete projects that provide quality care and assistance to the people of the Eastern Townships," says Martin Clermont, Director General of the CHUS Foundation.
