Digital Communications Coordinator

The CHUS Foundation’s mission is to improve healthcare for the entire population of Estrie. Working in collaboration with the Director of Communications and the Marketing Advisor, the Digital Communications Coordinator plays a key role in promoting this mission. Through your talent for digital communication and marketing, you will help mobilize the community, amplify our campaigns and events, and provide concrete support for the advancement of health in our region.
Principales responsabilités
- Plan and execute the Foundation's digital communications across the website, social media, and newsletters.
- Develop and maintain the editorial calendar based on the Foundation's campaigns, events, and priorities.
- Propose, create, and write engaging content that aligns with communication objectives.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms in line with the brand identity.
- Manage communities on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Update the website and coordinate content-related requests.
- Plan and write content, create necessary visuals, handle layout in our CRM, and distribute the monthly newsletter and targeted emails.
- Implement the digital strategy, track performance indicators, and propose adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing advisor, the communications department, and other team members.
Formation et compétences
- University degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital communications, social media, and web content management.
- Excellent command of French and strong writing skills.
- Ability to adapt content, both text and visuals, for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of newsletter tools, content management systems, performance analytics, and Canva for visual creation.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of the philanthropic sector is an asset.

Autres informations et conditions
- Contract: permanent, 35 hours/week
- Remote work: up to 2 days per week allowed
- VRSP: Foundation contribution up to 5%
- Insurance: 50% employer-paid
- Compensation: based on salary scale and experience
- Vacation: 3 weeks accrued in the first year, 4 weeks after 2 years of service
- Floating holidays: 9 days available upon hiring
- Statutory holidays: 15 per year, including time off during the holiday season
- Benefits: paid cell phone plan
