During business hours, a donor relations officer will be happy to take your donation by telephone on 819 820-6450 or in person at the CHUS Foundation.
You can specify at any time whether you wish to dedicate your donation to a specific fund or a particular department.

Donating online is the fastest and most secure way to support the CHUS Foundation. There are several online donation options available to you.
Making a donation following hospitalization
Have you or a loved one been hospitalized at the Fleurimont Hospital or Sherbrooke’s Hôtel-Dieu Hospital, and did the care and services provided made your stay less difficult? Make a donation and choose the department to which you wish to allocate your donation.
Make a donation to the annual campaign
Your donation gives us greater flexibility to invest where it counts. Whether it's for the purchase of high-tech equipment, to make care more accessible and more humane, for small or large projects, you can help us make a difference!
Making a major donation
Would you like to contribute in your own way to the long-term survival of the CHUS Foundation? A major donation is subject to an agreement between the donor and the Foundation, and allows for the implementation of high-benefit projects in line with the strategic approaches of the CIUSSS de l’Estrie – CHUS. Your donation can be a one-time gift or spread over a number of years.

You can also dedicate your donation to one of the funds. By dedicating your donation, you contribute specifically to the mission of the chosen fund.
Donate to the Brigitte-Perreault Fund
The Brigitte-Perreault Fund is dedicated to the humanization of care. More specifically, this fund ensures the quality of care received and the safety of patients while they are being treated.
Donate to the Fonds de l’Espérance
The Fonds de l'Espérance is dedicated to the families of children treated in pediatrics, neonatology and child psychiatry at Hôpital Fleurimont.
Donate to the Fonds Cœur en tête
The Fonds Coeur en tête supports research on brain cancer led by neurosurgeon and neuro-oncologist Dr. David Fortin. Thanks to this research, the CHUS neuro-oncology laboratory is one of the only ones in the country to offer new treatment approaches for this type of cancer.
Donate to the Fonds d'aide urgence gériatrique
The Fonds d'aide urgence gériatrique is dedicated to elderly people who have one or more basic needs, aimed at their safety and comfort, during their stay in the emergency department.

Fonds PHASE aims to support people with disabilities by promoting their independence through the provision of services and equipment..
Donate to the Fonds Huguette et Paul Boire Fund
The Huguette and Paul Boire Fund is dedicated to rheumatology research. Its ultimate aim is to improve patient care through a better understanding of the causes and mechanisms of joint disease, its evolution and response to treatment.

The Fonds Santé des hommes is dedicated to research into diseases affecting men.
