Would you like to pay tribute to a loved one and demonstrate your support for a bereaved family? In memoriam donations allow you to honour a loved one or their family while helping to improve the health care and services offered in Estrie.

Make a donation in memoriam

Please note that CHUS Foundation will send a postcard or e-mail to the family concerned, if you wish, to notify them that a donation has been made in memory of their loved one.
